Matthew Harsh is currently a Postdoctoral Associate at the Consortium for Science, Policy and Outcomes and the Center for Nanotechnology in Society at Arizona State University.
Much of his research focuses on how decisions about emerging technologies are made in Africa. A Marshall Scholar, he holds a BSc in materials science and engineering from Northwestern University and an MSc and PhD in science and technology studies from the University of Edinburgh.
His work can be found in the Journal of International Development and Science and Public Policy.
