Omid received his Ph.D. degree from The University of Manchester – Manchester Business School in 2013. His thesis broadly focused on the development of learning capabilities across organisational and disciplinary boundaries in collaborative research initiatives. His current research interests include absorptive capacity, boundary crossing mechanisms, communities of practice, and identity development in inter-disciplinary inter-organisational work contexts.
