Joyce Tait contributes to Parliamentary Office of Science & Technology publication


The Parliament Office of Science and Technology (POST) have published a short briefing note on the potential contribution that genetic modification (GM) of crops might bring to increasing food production in Europe, in a global context.

Prof Joyce Tait contributed her expertise on GM crops, risk assessment and regulation to the development of this publication. Joyce also recently published a journal in EMBO reports on the topic titled, 'Global food security and the governance of modern biotechnologies'.
