Professor Walt Willett is a leading expert on nutrition and diet, based at the Harvard School of Public Health. His research has been fundamental in linking diet and lifestyle to health and he has pioneered discoveries about which nutritional factors link to chronic disease such as diabetes, heart disease and obesity. Professor Willet will be giving a lecture on the optimal diet based on his research findings.
